Having
been instrumental in producing
a lethal piece of artificial intelligence
technology that she hoped would help
the world, a young scientist is duped into
believing a master criminal is the man
she needs to test its efficiency; but he
seeks to destroy the world and instead
holds her hostage in exchange for her
father, who is the only one with the code
to start the countdown in the thriller Hard Kill... BELIEVING THAT SHE HAS FOUND someone to test her piece of AI technology
that she hopes will help the world in a positive way, Eva Chalmers (Lala Kent:
Vault; One Shot) steals it from Chapterhouse, the company run by her
billionaire tech CEO father Donovan Chalmers (Bruce Willis).
Eva has secretly passed it to The Pardoner (Sergio Rizzuto: Trauma Center;
Escape Plan 3), a highly dangerous terrorist whom her father has crossed
swords with before, not realising that he wants to use it to tear down society.
Hard
Kill
is an exciting go-get-em
action thriller with
Hollywood heavyweight
Bruce Willis at its core
backed up by a hard-
hitting team of actors...
As
soon as the technology is in his possession, The Pardoner needs the code from
Eva's father to fully activate it. He holds Eva hostage, expecting her father
to give himself up to him to save his daughter; but he has not reckoned on the
crack team of former soldiers Chalmers worked with in the past and now has backing
him up.
Once Nick Fox (Texas Battle) is on board, he convinces his friends Sasha
Zindel (World Wrestling Entertainment star Natalie Eva Marie), her brother Harrison
(Jon Galanis), security expert Derek Miller (Jesse Metcalfe), and Dash Hawkins
(Swen Temmel) to join him in taking on the terrorists.
In a disused, derelict warehouse complex, Derek has Chalmers safely in a locked
room warning him not to open the door for anyone but Chalmers is not
used to taking orders and his beloved daughter has become aware how naïve she
has been for not realising The Pardoner has another agenda.
It falls to Miller, Fox and the elite team of mercenaries to take on The Pardoner
and his henchmen, but they are out-numbered and out-gunned and only the special
training and adaptability of Miller's team can save Chalmers and his daughter.
A little clichéd, yes, and it has all been done before: but never fear because
Bruce is here. His mercenaries have to save the world and save the girl. Miller
finds himself in a deadly showdown with an old enemy as he and his men go all-out
to protect the future of Mankind against a mighty foe who will pull out all
the stops to ensure he uses the technology to serve his own shocking ends.
Once you mention the magic words Bruce Willis you just know there's
going to be a body count, a lot of very loud bangs, some well-placed fun and
thrills and, of course, the continuing presence of a Hollywood scene-stealer.
