henchmen to find him, resulting in an extraordinary car chase through New York
city's streets, with the Mustang holding its own.

John Wick: Chapter 2
is a

God
help anyone who crosses John Wick Abram admits that everything
you hear about John Wick is true, but has been watered down; Wick is not someone
you mess with because the reality is far more fearsome even than the legend.
With another dog and a fine home, John decides it is high time he retired and
found some peace. He cements his guns, ammunition and all his belongings from
his days as a hit man under the floor of his basement.
However, John's dreams of a peaceful retirement are shattered by a knock at
the door. Italian crime lord Santino d'Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcia: Burnt),
to whom John owes a blood oath, has come to collect.
At first John refuses to help, but Santino burns down his house and John is
knocked out. With his dog in tow, John calls at the hotel to see Winston (Golden
Globe-winner Ian McShane: Deadwood), the head of the secret assassin
society The Continental, who reminds John that all markers must be honoured
and no blood should be spilled on Continental ground.
Leaving his dog in the safe hands of Charon (Lance Reddick) at the hotel, John
returns to Santino and is shocked when he is asked to kill Santino's ruthless
sister Gianna (Claudia Gerini) of the Italian Camorra crime syndicate. She was
willed by her father a seat at the table of the shadowy international assassins'
guild and Santino wants it for himself. John is to go to Rome and get rid of
Gianna to satisfy the blood oath.
In Rome, John is shadowed by Ares (Ruby Rose: Orange Is The New Black),
Santino's right-hand woman, who is to ensure John fulfils his part of the bargain.
Gianna is surrounded by her men, including her loyal bodyguard Cassian (Golden
Globe- and Grammy-winner actor and musician Common: Selma).
Threading his way through the catacombs John finally comes face to face with
Gianna. But will he be able to kill her? And if he does, will he be able to
get away? It doesn't look as if he is going to escape easily as wave after wave
of Santino's men come at him.
But if he does manage to evade them all, how on Earth will he be safe with a
worldwide $7 million bounty put on his head?
John Wick is under attack from all sides. And still they keep coming…
