Following
a shootout, a mysterious
stranger is brought to A&E but before
his wounds can be treated a foreign
gang force their way into the hospital to
hunt him down, putting the young nurse
helping him in deadly danger in the
gripping thriller Kill Em All...
TRAINED KILLER PHILLIP (the always reliable Jean-Claude Van Damme) is badly
injured in a shootout and is taken to the Redondo Coast Medical Centre, which
has been abandoned apart from emergency operations and where he is put into
the hands of young nurse Suzanne (Autumn Reeser) in the hard-hitting and compelling
thriller Kill 'Em All.
Phillip is being hunted by a foreign gang, who force their way into the hospital
and take over, shooting anyone who gets in their way. As Suzanne helps Phillip
get to the comparative safety of one of the upper floors, the cold-blooded gang
systematically searches for him.
A
clever thriller
that keeps you guessing,
Kill Em
All
is hard hitting and
compulsive viewing...
Suzanne
is as much in danger as Phillip as everybody the gang comes into contact with
ends up dead. She manages to avoid the men, coming face-to-face with the ruthless
Almira (Mila Kali) yet somehow survives as the sole witness to the multiple
killings at the hospital.
So who is Phillip and why was he hell bent on revenge? His hatred goes back
to the tensions between the independent states that followed the break-up of
Yugoslavia and the subsequent wars during the ten years from 1991 when as a
young boy he suffered a traumatic and terrible loss that continued to haunt
him into his adult life.
As the story unfolds, Suzanne is interrogated by two FBI agents, Mark Holman
(Peter Stormare) and Linda Sanders (Maria Conchita Alonso) and the film switches
between time frames while she relates the details of the incident under the
tough questioning of Holman, who seems to doubt both her identity and her statement
as she was the only to get out alive.
A clever thriller that keeps you guessing, Kill 'Em All is hard hitting
and is compulsive viewing. Jean-Claude Van Damme and Autumn Reeser are great
and lead a fine cast.

Van Damme as Dusan; Paul Sampson as Klaus; Peter Organ as Ivan; Eddie Matthews
