About Desi Bartlett
Desi Bartlett has been teaching fitness classes for over sixteen years, encouraging
students to tap into their inner joy and let the movement be its outward expression.
Desi has an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, with a Minor in dance and a
master's degree in corporate fitness. She holds advanced qualifications in yoga,
personal training and group fitness. Originally from Chicago, Desi now lives
in Southern California.
