Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2: Bonds
Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2: Bonds “A fantastic anime adventure comes in
the form of the fifth feature-length Naruto
movie, Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2:
  Bonds
, where the gifted youngster takes
on the might of the Sora-nin from Sky
Country who are bent on revenge for
events during the Shinobi World War...”

FOLLOWING THE ADVENTURES OF NARUTO and Sasuke, Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2: Bonds sees the two exceptionally gifted friends having to take on an army of mysterious flying ninja that appears in the skies above Konoha, The Hidden Leaf Village, to launch an unexpected and devastating aerial attack.

Just off the coast, huge aircraft carriers threaten the peace of the Five Great Nations and already it is apparent that the Sora-nin from Sky Country are responsible. The Sora-nin are believed to be carrying out an act of revenge against Konoha's actions against the Sky Country during the previous Shinobi World War.

When Amaru (the voice of Michelle Ruff), a young orphaned boy with attitude, brings news of an attack on another village on the outskirts of The Fire Country, Naruto (voice of Maile Flanagan), and his friends go to the aid of the village with Amaru, meeting the boy's sensei, Dr Shino. Amaru was abandoned as a child and Dr Shino is the only person the boy really trusts. But neither Amaru nor Dr Shino, who has instilled in him the importance of saving lives, are all they seem.

Naruto and his friends set out on a mission to stop the Sora-nin from making further attacks, but as they make their way down a river reputed to have many hidden dangers, they encounter man-eating catfish and hungry alligators and the Sky-ninja are ever present.

On reaching the village they find only devastation, and all the villagers have vanished. With the rebirth of The Land Of Sky, the Sora-nin are out to destroy The Five Great Nations and it looks as if they are beginning to succeed.

While they are fighting against the enemy, Naruto comes across Sasuke, his former friend who has since parted ways with the people of the Leaf Village. Sasuke's special skills include his ability to call up superbeasts to help him by using Ninja Art.

Weird and wonderful machinery and vehicles feature in this fantastic film, including a flying fortress that looks like ancient ruins. Naruto and his friends face the might of an enemy that believes itself to be invincible. Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2: Bonds is a superb, fantastic, and exciting animé with brilliant innovations and likeable characters.
