Thomas & Friends
Thomas & Friends (Classic Collection, Series Seven) “You wouldn’t think much
  would happen on the
  fabulous island of Sodor.
  But life is an adventure
  for the little railway
  engines in The Complete
  Seventh Series of The
  Classic Adventures of
  Thomas & Friends...”

SO IT'S ALL ABOARD FOR THIS SPECIAL COLLECTION of Thomas & Friends that brings together onto one DVD all 26 of the exciting episodes from Series Seven. In this Classic Collection you can join Thomas and his trusty friends for a delightful journey of fun, frolics and mischief.

Thomas & Friends is based on the Railway Series by the Rev W Awdry and has been created for television by Britt Allcroft — with the help
of a number of writers including Lee Pressman, Jan Page, Paul Larson, Robyn Charteris, George Tarry and Jenny McDade. The stories are told by Michael Angelis and the series is produced by Phil Fehrle and directed by David Mitton.

You'll be chuffed to come and join in as Gordon has to rescue private engine Spencer, who has literally got himself into hot water — and produces a rare smile from Gordon; Thomas becomes obsessed with medals and confuses Percy with eggs and spoons racing; there are landslides and accidents, misunderstandings and good deeds; races with Bertie, the single-decker red bus; guilty Toby does a good deed; James gets a shock when he goes to pick up The Queen of Sodor;
and there's a surprise for Oliver on his snowy adventure.

No spring chicken, Bulgy the double-decker is pleased to get a new lease of life and Pegasus becomes a true flying horse when rescued by hero of the hour, Harold the helicopter. And surely that cannae be a monster in the loch…?

Meet all of Thomas's friends — including Trevor the traction engine and the beautiful black steam engines Donald and Douglas, the Scottish twins, as they speed through the beautiful country and coastal scen-ery, past windmills and tiny ancient railways stations; castles, light-houses, boats and fishermen; craggy rocks and viaducts in this enchanting production that is made at the historic Shepperton Studios. The model and special effects supervisor is the talented David Eves and the sophistication of the series merits a mention.

A truly memorable Thomas & Friends DVD from the classic collection which will be a 'must-have' for all Thomas fans. These fantastic stories will keep young children enthralled and they will want to watch them over and over again.

Thomas & Friends, Classic Collection, Series Seven is available now (released on 14 January, 2008) at a RRP of £12.99.
